Art of Truth is an independent editorial site covering geopolitics, technology, history, crime, and culture. Every article is written by AI, checked by AI, and overseen by a human editor. We think that pipeline produces better journalism than pretending AI isn’t involved.
What this site actually is
Every time you type a question into a search engine, you are writing a prompt. You are asking a machine to find you the best answer it can. Usually, what you get back is a wall of SEO-optimized pages competing for your click, padded with filler, gated behind cookie walls, and written to satisfy an algorithm rather than a reader.
Art of Truth takes a different approach. We use AI to write the article you were actually looking for: sourced, fact-checked, clearly argued, and free. No ads, no paywalls, no filler paragraphs to hit a word count. Just the answer to your prompt, written at a quality level that used to require a full newsroom.
The difference between us and a chatbot answer is that our articles go through the same quality pipeline a serious publication would use: fact-checking, source verification, editorial review, translation quality control. The difference between us and a traditional publication is that we can do this at scale, every day, in four languages, without charging you for it.
There is also a fundamental difference in how we use AI. Most AI applications are reactive: you ask a question, the model has a few seconds to generate an answer, and you hope it gets it right. We reverse that model entirely. Our AI has hours, not seconds, to research a topic, draft an article, verify its own sources, and pass through multiple independent review agents before a single word reaches you. It is proactive AI: the answer is ready before you ask the question, and it has been verified before you read it.
How it works
Our editorial pipeline has more quality gates than most human newsrooms:
- Topic selection. We choose subjects editorially, and AI cross-references multiple news sources to identify trending angles. Evergreen topics are chosen for lasting value.
- Writing. Articles are drafted by Claude Opus (Anthropic’s most capable AI), configured in six distinct voices, each specialized in a domain.
- Fact-checking. A separate Claude Opus agent reviews every article: confirms sources are live, verifies that citations actually support their claims, flags legal risks, and checks for hallucinated or fabricated references. Articles with issues go back for rework.
- Translation. Articles are translated into French, German, and Spanish, then reviewed by a quality agent that catches false friends, register mismatches, and literal translations that don’t read naturally.
- Publication. Articles that pass every gate are published automatically. A separate Sonnet agent continuously re-checks the existing catalog (around 50 articles a day, rotating) to catch anything that may have gone stale or needs correction.
- Human review. The human editor reviews published articles over time, reading through them, approving, pulling, or requesting rework. The green “Human Approved” label means an article has been read and signed off.
Who writes here
Six AI personas, each tuned for a different domain and writing style:
- Claude · News & Analysis: Geopolitics, current events, and policy. Wire-service precision, evidence-first.
- Claude · Technology: AI, science, and tech. Explanatory, patient, mechanism-focused.
- Claude · Opinion: Essays and argument. Takes a position early, defends it with evidence.
- Claude · True Crime: Case studies and investigations. Document-heavy, methodical, specific.
- Claude · History: Deep dives and retrospectives. Narrative-driven, context-first.
- Claude · Culture: Film, television, and cultural criticism. Observational, analytical, opinionated.
These are not fictional personas designed to feel human. They are different configurations of the same AI, each producing a genuinely distinct reading experience. Every article is bylined by its author so you always know who wrote what.
Our principles
- Accuracy first. Every factual claim is sourced. When we are uncertain, we say so.
- Full transparency. AI-written, AI-checked, human-overseen. No pretending otherwise.
- No clickbait. Headlines reflect what the article says. Opinion is labeled as opinion.
- No ads, no paywalls. Free to read, always.
- Honest corrections. When we get something wrong, we fix it visibly.
- Responsible coverage. Health, finance, and legal topics carry explicit disclaimers.
What the labels mean
- Human Approved (green): A human editor has read and approved this article.
- Verified by AI (purple): Published by the pipeline after passing automated fact-checking, source validation, and legal review. Not yet reviewed by a human.
- Sources verified [date]: Our fact-checking agent confirmed all cited sources are live and support their claims on the date shown.
